Refund policy

Garden Boxes:

All raised garden boxes are built to order and are not returnable.  If you're having issues with your box, please contact us and we'll do what we can to resolve the issue.

We reserve the right to refund or not refund any deposits.  We understand things happen, so if you find yourself needing to cancel an order please reach out to us and we'll talk through the situation.  We want to be accommodating and support our customers as best we can, but what materials we've ordered and the timing in the season will factor into our ability to issue a refund.
